Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Silk Leaf will cover the return shipping costs.

• For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
