Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days
Shipment cost: Calculated at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
We take great care in packaging your ceramic vases and lamps to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to silkleaf.co@gmail.com
* We will offer replacement & full refund based on your preference.
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing a claim.
